by Samuel Whitford I, London 1764, of baluster-form, the domed hinged cover with acorn-form finial, scroll-form handle pinned into scrolling sockets, opposed by a spout moulded with scrolls and a shell. 23cm high, 23.4 troy ounces

A little rubbing to the marks but legible. The cover is engraved with a crest.The coffee pot stands well and doesn't rock. The hinge is in good condition and closes well. Repaired crack to the bottom of the handle. No personalised engraving or evidence of erasure. In generally very good condition commensurate with age.
