The enamelled wood warbler with brilliant cut diamond eyes and gold coloured legs, stamped 750, alongside a chrysoprase and diamond floral spray, approximately 0.26 carats total, with enamelled leaves, set on a pyrite base, 11.7cm high
Condition Report:
The birds body is not gold, it is some kind of resin, one of the legs looks like it has been reattached, there is chipping around the tops of both legs, the birds body has crazing, some of the pyrite has been glued back on to the base. The base metal baseplate engraved 'Roruolo? frossi orofo. Milano Oro 750/.'
