ANTIQUE LARGE PERSIAN IVORY ALLOVER KHORASSAN CARPET. Circa date: 1910. 17 ft x 11 ft 7 in (5.18 m x 3.53 m). Size: 17 ft x 11 ft 7 in (5.18 m x 3.53 m)
Condition: Overall very good condition. Good even pile throughout. Minor areas lower in pile with minute tint restoration. Sides are rebound; ends are complete and stabilized. This carpet has been given a light chemical wash to soften the colors but this has not affected the structure of the carpet. Carpet is clean and floor ready. A lovely overall design on a coveted ivory field with a dramatic midnight blue field. Quiet and elegant at the same time.
