Collectible nacre handheld fan with small silver inlays on guard and sticks, and pivot inlaid with nacre. This is a piece worthy of an artist: with a decorated hand-painted paper leaf, both on front and back, featuring Eastern and Western motifs. The leaf features a colourful decoration with Indian hunters and an oriental scene from the 17th century, in predominantly burgundy hues. Gorgeous in real life.
