Overcast Portrait by Vienna based contemporary Romanian painter Adrian Moldovan is an oil on canvas created in 2019. It represents a female figure with some of her facial features defined while others disappear into the semi-abstract background. Adrian Moldovan was born in Romanian in 1955. After graduating from the "Ioan Andreescu" Academy of Visual Arts, Mr. Moldovan participated in several individual and group exhibitions but later moved to Vienna where he became a fixture on the local contemporary art scene. His work is included in prominent private and public collections. We are representing Mr. Adrian Moldovan in North America so the works we sell on his behalf are not pre-owned.
