Impressionist brush strokes, and possibly influenced by scenes of France. Signed by artist in lower right corner. Painting has some chips in paint surface, exposing white primer. Framed, with frame in good condition. 17 1/2" by 14 1/2" (framed), 13 7/8" by 11" (board). Provenance: Acquired by Meriden Arts & Crafts Association, 1981.
