Alexander Runciman, Scottish 1736-1785- The arrival of St Margaret, Queen of Malcolm, in Scotland, after John Runciman; etching, signed within the plate, 22 x 18 cm: Matteo Carboni, late 18th century- Veduta del ponte alla Carraia; engraving, 20 x 30.3 cm: together with four chromolithographs, ea. 7.4 x 10.5 cm, and an offset lithograph of 'Victorian Flower Gardens', 14.4 x 19 cm (7)
All works are framed, mounted, and glazed, and unexamined out of the frames. Runciman: Discolouration/browning to the sheet, slight cockling to the sheet within the mount. Light creasing and folds generally, alongside some marks, surface dirt, and possible spots of foxing. Carboni: Light creases and marks generally. Some abrasion, particularly to the lower left corner, causing some losses to the surface. Possible slight discolouration and spots of foxing in areas. Light surface dirt, marks, and discolouration to the rest of the prints. These works are generally in fair condition overall.
