Jack Binder provided the cover and some interior art for the issue. Joe Simon and Jack Kirby did the art on the Captain America story. Paul Reinman and Carl Burgos each contributed a story and art, with Stan Lee writing additional stories. The back cover features an ad for Young Allies #1.
