Art Historians typically associate him with the Hudson River School artists. Elbridge Wesley Webber rarely used his first name, hence virtually every painting the artist completed is signed W. Webber or Wesley Webber.
His paintings mostly seascapes and landscape genre paintings can be viewed in many of this countries museums, including the Portland Museum of Art in Maine, The Brooklyn Museum, and the Essex Peabody Museum, Salem, MA. From a Local Palm Beach Estate
