American, late 19th-early 20th century. An assembled group of twenty-nine pieces of sterling silver flatware, including twelve iced tea spoons by Durgin in the Essex pattern, twelve butter spreaders with illegible maker's mark, and a five-piece place setting (salad fork, teaspoon, butter spreader, soup spoon, and luncheon knife) by Stieff with floral pattern, all marked for respective makers and STERLING; PLUS, twelve sterling demitasse spoons by David Andersen (Norway) with enamel design, marked for maker and 925; iced tea spoon lg. 8 in., total weighable silver wt. 27.622ozt (859g).
Condition Report: Stieff teapsoon bowl dented. All other pieces monogrammed except David Andersen.
