Scarce first collected printing of the early sessions of the Continental Congress, printing all the proceedings of the first Congress, and part of the second. First published as separate volumes in 1774 and 1776, this is the first volume of an eventual 13, published by Aitken, as well as John Dunlap, and David Claypoole, culminating with the United States Constitution, in 1788. A vital document relating to the early days of the American Revolution.
