An 18ct gold Sri Lankan sapphire and sapphire three-stone ring. The cushion-shape Sri Lankan sapphire, weighing 6.34cts, with triangular-shape sapphire sides. With report 78166-38, dated 25th June 2018, from GCS, stating Sri Lanka, no heat. French assay marks. Ring size M1/2. Weight 5.2gms. Purchasing information Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear. Band shows evidence of resizing. Joint and solder visible to base of band. Please see report for full details of the principal sapphire. Principal sapphire with some eye-visible crystal and silk inclusions. Non-principal sapphires are a deep medium blue hue, well saturated, one with slight greenish undertones, with good clarity and typical inclusions.
