An Art Deco, platinum, emerald and diamond panel ring, the rectangular stepped bezel set in the centre with a single collet-set cushion-cut emerald weighing approximately 1.10 carats, within old-brilliant-cut diamond geometric design surround, c.1930, ring size L½ Accompanied by report number 5777-8763, dated 2nd February, 2017, from the Gemmological Certification Services, GCS, London, stating that the emerald showed minor indications of clarity enhancement, origin Columbia
Please refer to department for condition report length of panel approx. 2.3cm, quoted approximate dimensions of emerald 6.1 x 5.8 x 3.6mm. Emerald is a good strong green colour. Clarity good with very minor inclusions. Approx. total weight of diamonds 1.20 carats, estimated colour I-J, approx. estimated clarity VS. Hoop shows signs of wear. It has been sized very neatly. No evidence of repair or damage noted.
