circa 1900, bronze ritual wine vessel in the style of the early Western Zhou dynasty, the jar has a braided handle ending with zoomorphic animal head handles flanking each side of the neck, bands of champleve decoration encircle the domed fitted cover and body of the jar with taotie mask faces and other archaic style motifs, high hollow foot.
