circa 1900 carved mahogany case with early 19th century brass face reading "Handscomb, Woburn, with silent/strike dial, second dial and date dial, well developed case with a broken arch relief carved pediment, quatrefoil columns, astragal molded and glazed waist door, relief carved base on gadrooned bracket feet, with two weights, pendulum and case key.

Condition Report: Old face with later case, the face sits back about four inches from the hood door; chips and crack to glass on hood door; no clock key; cracks to fretwork panels on sides of hood; shrinkage crack to fretwork frieze above waist door; upper hinge of waist door detached from case; pendulum missing pin; pendulum acceptor arm with loss.
