The chair and the ottoman are in good solid condition, with some wear commensurate with normal use. The chair has a yellow stain on the back, the seat cushion has some stitching missing on the sides, and there is some oxidation on the metal framework. The ottoman has some pilling on the edge that would sit closest to the chair and the same oxidation to the metal framework. Overall, the two pieces present very well.
