Sturdy, professionally conserved (recently) condition. Drawers and writing surface open and close smoothly. Veneer repairs visible on both sides of the writing surface. The faux leather surface showing some wear, and probably not original. Tight age cracks in one side. Marble top without repair but with a few scratches and some chips at the front edge.
