the circular top centered by St. Peter's Basilica within a radiating flowerhead of specimen marbles within a stylised Greek key border enclosing small rectangular plaques depicting Roman ruins such as The Forum, the Colosseum, The Pantheon, Castello San'Angelo, The Arch of Constantine, the Temple of Vesta amongst others, on a Empire mahogany veneered base with four columnar supports with gilt-bronze headers joined by a concave-sided platform stretcher on block feet with brass castors
75.5cm. high, 117cm. diameter; 2ft. 5¾in., 3ft. 10in.

Condition Report:
In overall good condition. The top with minor old marks, scuffs to edges and scratches, consistent with age and use. The base in good condition, with minor scattered chipping to rim (ranging from on 0.5 to 4cm). Later wooden strengthener beneath the marble to support it. The table base is associated with the top.
