An antique shell cameo of a bacchante in a precious yellow metal mount, stamped "15ct". The piece features a high relief carving of a bacchante in profile, with an openwork frame, measuring approximately 46mm x 40mm with a c-clasp. The frame surface tests as 15ct and the pin as 9ct. Together with a continental silver shell cameo brooch, stamped 800; and a brass and ceramic cameo. Gross weight of the 15ct cameo approximately 13.88 grams.
