with a circular cabochon smoky quartz, with an intaglio incised flower head. A crimped octagonal setting with a domed back, mounted to the top of a 'D' section shank with relief flower heads. Tested as approximately 18ct gold. Head 11.10 x 11.10mm, 5.32g.
