An early 16th century enamelled silver plaque with the Crucifixion, probably French
Round plaque with three raised statuettes of Christ, Mary, and Saint John, the figure of Christ accentuated with gold and enamel. The plaque may have originally been set into the base of a chalice.
Christ's right hand partially lost. Mounted on a velvet covered panel. Diameter 3.6 cm. Provenance
