An early 20th century Irish silver bowl, of circular form with a Celtic motif border, with three zoomorphic handles and raised on three similarly designed feet. Hallmarked West & Son, Dublin 1910 with further impressed name. Rim diameter 3.5" (9cm), weight 9.65 ozt (300 grams).
Condition Report:
- With heavy tarnishing and staining throughout and requires a good clean and polish.
- Displaying general surface wear, marks, scratches and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use.
- Small flood of solder around the join of one of the foot mounts, towards the tip at the top.
- Stands firm on its feet.
- Surface wear and rubbing to some areas of the decoration, causing slight loss of detail.
- The underside comes down to a point in the centre. There are a couple of little dints on the tip of the point.
- Some rubbing to hallmarks but still clearly legible.
