An early 20th century Thai (Siamese) silver box, probably Bangkok circa 1910, marked Xiang He Of rectangular form with a hinged lid. The lid centre with an oval chased with a Chinese dragon amidst clouds, all reserved with reserved with Thai lai dok phuttan (cotton rosemallow flower) pattern, repeated to the sides. Gilt interior. Marked underneath with artisan mark in Chinese 祥和 (XIANG HE), and 足銀 (ZU YIN | Pure silver). Length – 16 cm / 6.25 inches Weight – 450 grams / 14.47 ozt
