An early 20th century gold and platinum, aquamarine, pearl and plique-a-jour enamel shell brooch.Aquamarine calculated weight 9.46cts, based on estimated dimensions 16 by 9.8 by 7.4mms.Estimated total diamond weight 0.25ct. Length 3.2cms. 10.6gms. Pearls untested for natural origin.
Condition Report: Overall condition good.
Diamonds well matched.
Diamonds bright.

Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment.

Diamonds generally appear to have few inclusions under 10x magnification.
Aquamarine is a medium slightly greenish blue hue, fairly well saturated, with good clarity.

Aquamarine in good condition with minor abrasions.

Enamel in good condition with minor nicks.
Pearls untested for natural origin.
Pearls and split pearl in good condition.
Pearl to the top is a slightly brownish pink hue. Untested for natural colour origin.
