An embroidered velvet panel, 18th or 19th century, possibly worked for the Turkish market, the red velvet woven with gold, silver and polychrome silk, the central design bearing a Kufic style inscription, enclosed by birds and flowers, velvet to edge of mount approximately 122cm x 82cm, framed and glazed.
