An interesting Egyptian terracotta overseer ushabti, Late Period, c. 664 - 30 BC, hand-modeled wearing kilt of everyday life with remnants of blue glaze. H: 4 1/8 in (10 cm). Mounted on wood base. Ex collection of Maj. James Findlay, Scotland, acquired in the 1950's-60's, thence by descent.
