Single-edged, curved blade, slightly widened towards the weak, damask-like engraving, covered at the base with silver foil and engraved with floral motifs and a crescent moon. Metal mounts engraved with crescent, star and floral motifs. Angled grip made of deer horn painted green and engraved with floral motifs. Wooden scabbard covered with red painted fabric (the covering is of modern date) with silver mounts decorated en suite with crescent and floral motifs. The scabbard is slightly narrowed, therefore the blade does not completely fit inside. This lot is imported from a non-EU country and incurs additional taxes beyond the auction house commission and the V.A.T. Consequently, the total Buyer’s Premium, inclusive of all taxes, amounts to 35%.
