Ancient Greek Terracotta wine dipper, 9 x 9 cm

This wine dipper belongs to the bifronte modality, that is to say, it presents a face in each one of its faces. They used to be filled with wine to be used as an offering. They were made in terracotta on a mould as these were cheap and easy to produce. As they were low cost they were perfect to be used as religious offerings.
