Inscription: Signed and dated at lower left in the printing plate, inscribed below the image: "Dans un des beaux jours du printemps[?]". inscribed on the backing by another hand: "I impression with Etienne Picart address" and reference to LeBlanc 638.

Description: Cheerful depiction of a company of two ladies and gentlemen enjoying an outdoor game. The game table and a sumptuously laid table with food and chilled wine or champagne suggest an entertaining pastime. The couples are drawn to each other, enjoy the undisturbed sitting together and use it for casual flirting.
