Double-sheet [4 pages]: title page, two pages of sheet music, one blank 9.5/8" x 13" [ 24.4cm x 36cm], some wear a few edge creases, very good condition.

The image on the title page is a hand-lithography [drawn on lithographic limestone] signed on stone, "G.J. Brown Invt." [the artist], "Moore's Lith. Boston, succr. to Pendleton".
