Studded metal borders and pierced tracery ornament with miniature watercolor portraits mounted to front and cover. Historic male subjects from the middle ages to the Napoleonic era. Pierced metal corner bracket supports. Loose-mounted silver end handles. Interior lined with embroidered fabric. A capacious heirloom receptacle. Good condition.
