Antique Intricately Carved Wooden Secretary

Antique wooden Secretary desk. Piece is intricately carved, appears to be hand carved. Crafted from wood, possibly walnut. Houses two cabinets, one above the desk and one below. Carved detailing resembles plants, ribbons, flowers, geometric and columnar detailing. Top and bottom cabinets house locks, fold out desk portion is locked in its upright position, KEY IS ABSENT. Drawers are dovetailed, inside of drawer is labeled NEW YORK GALLERIES, USA. A hole has been cut into the backside of the bottom cabinet. Some loss is present on the drawer, two pieces of carved detailing have come off. One is in the drawer, needs reattachment, the other piece is absent. Wear is consistent with age and use.
