Antique Maxim French Bronze Miniature "La Devideuse"

DESCRIPTION: An antique french miniature "La Devideuse" bronze sculpture by french sculptor Maxim, depicting a young girl sitting on a chair and winding wool yarn into balls. Next to her feet there is a basket full of wool yarn balls and by her side there is a cat. This miniature figurine is attached to a rectangular red and black marble base with a frontal plaque that reads: "La Devideuse par Maxim".
CIRCA: Early 20th Century.
ORIGIN: France.
DIMENSIONS: W: 4" D: 3" H: 4 3/4".
CONDITION: Antique condition with some scratches on marble base. The figurine sculpture is attached to the marble with one metal hardware, so the figure can rotate.
