Description: This is an exceptional pair of antique Chinese bronze footed censers dating to the 19th/Early 20th century. The large lidded censers are ornately decorated with floral designs and figural foo dog lion head handle mounts. 99245
Measurements: Each stands 10 3/4" to the top of the finial on the lid and 7" to the rim. The diameter is 6". Across the handles, it is 9".
Condition: In overall very good condition with some surface wear and dings. One handle on each censer is no longer attached. A broken portion of one of the missing handles is included. As pictured, there are some scattered holes to the feet and food dogs. This condition is consistent with age and use.
Provenance: From an Upstate New York estate.
