An antique style oil painting on board, painted in the style of Karl August Bielschowsky (German, 1826-1883). A figural landscape depicting a seated female figure wearing Italian style rustic clothing and a crown of flora in her hair, with a seascape to background, botanical and architectural elements, and other forms. No apparent signature, therefore being sold as in the style of Karl August Bielschowsky. Presented in a carved and gilded wood frame. Sight size measures approximately 12.75" x 16".

Dimensions: 17 X 20.5 X 1.5 in.

Condition: Good overall condition having mild surface wear and evidence of craquelure. Frame has mild to moderate storage wear and loss to edges and corners. Estate fresh to the market.
