Antique Wooden Temple Toy Horse on Wheels, 1800s India

Antique hand carved wooden temple toy horse on wheels decorated with brass and copper ornaments, Southern Asian Art / probably India, nineteenth century.

The entire figure is 12.3/4" [32.4cm] tall from the wheel to the top of the ears; 14" [35.5cm] long the wheel to wheel; c.3" [7cm] wide. Signs of aging, one wheel slightly differs from others [thickness and surface, probably an old repair] the antique drying wood shows a crack in the horse's neck area, but it holds. A few nails holding metal ornaments could be a later repair. The metal parts show some patina, very good condition for such antique artifact. See photos.
