Antique shagreen cased pocket polemoscope, telescope and necessaire kit combination. With lenses in each end of the cylindrical case, which slides in the middle to reveal a set of scissors, tweezers, a pencil, a folding knife and a large needle. Plus with two mirrors set at angles to each other if viewed from the opposite end you are able to see what is on both sides of you at the same time.
