3-part tea service made of silver-plated pewter, consisting of: teapot with handle wrapped in raffia, cream jug and sugar bowl.
The design is based on the ideals of the "Arts & Crafts" movement; the relief-like embossed decor goes back to Celtic models.
ARCHIBALD KNOX was the most important and successful designer for the London department store "LIBERTY", whose products had a major influence on the development of "Art Nouveau" throughout Europe ( Liberty Styles) .
All vessels are marked in capital letters under the base:

Sugar bowl: 9 English Pewter RD 420290 0231,
Creamer : 9 English Pewter RD 420290 0231 Made in England.
Condition; Sugar bowl and cream jug with abrasion on the silver plating
