This is a 18 carat gold bar brooch with platinum setting and a single .25 carat diamond which sits within a art-deco design mount, I do not know the age of the piece. It is stamped '18CT' and 'PLAT'. The diamond is a decent white colour, I cannot see any inclusions with my naked eye but can see some under 10x magnification. I cannot see any carbon spots.
