Art Deco silver dressing table set 7-piece in original case, ca. 1925
Silver 7-piece dressing table set / dressing set, with beautiful Art Deco motifs, consisting of a hand mirror with facet cut mirror, 2x hair brushes, 2x clothing brushes, glove rack and a shoehorn. It comes in the original case, which is nicely inlaid with yellow silk fabric and velvet. All hallmarked with a Minerva cup and an unclear maker's mark. Presumably of French descent Dimensions hand mirror 24. 5 cm. x 10cm. Dimensions brushes 21. 5 x 6 cm. / 18 x 3. 8 cm. Size clothes brushes 17. 5 x 4. 5 cm. / 16. 7 x 2. 7cm. Length glove rack 21. 5 cm. Shoehorn length 19. 7 cm. Dimensions of the case 41. 5x34x8cm. Total weight 2018 grams. Condition: the hand mirror has some dents on 1 side near the mirror, the small hairbrush has a dent on top and the clothes brushes have some dents on the side. Furthermore, it is in good condition with normal age-related signs of wear. The case has some stains on the inside but is otherwise fine. The photos are part of the description.
