Measurements: 37 x 47 cm without frame. Measurements: 53 x 63 cm with antique gilded frame with gold leaf (as a gift) . Oil on canvas depicting a portrait of Louis XIV on horseback, a French artist of the 18th century. Coming from a private collection. It is in a fairly conservative state, in patina. Relined and relined in the 19th century. Small restorations emerge at the Wood lamp. Slight crachelure. Upon verification with solvents, it was found to be authentic in all its parts.
