Oil on panel. Panel slightly warped. Paint surface with a fine network of craquelure and somewhat thin in places. Sporadic colour losses and colour abrasions, particularly in the background. Sporadic minimal stains, bumps and scratches. Retouching visible in the sky.
Under UV light: several retouches, particularly in the foreground, on the architecture as well as in the sky. Varnish appears in fluorescent green.
