Austin Healey - 100/4 BN2 Convertible 2.7L - NO RESERVE - 1956

Don’t miss this opportunity and become the new owner of this timeless classic Austin-Healey convertible! This is a NO RESERVE PRICE AUCTION. Austin and Donald Healey presented the Austin-Healey 100 at the motor show. The 100-4 BN-2 ceased production after only a year, in 1956. Only 4,604 units were built during this short period, only a small percentage remains nowadays. In addition to the improvements compared to the 100/4 BN1, the lower production number makes the 100/4 BN2 highly sought after amongst collectors and enthusiasts. This Austin Healey starts instantly and idles nicely. It shifts smoothly and powerfully through all gears and brakes properly. The car has good Healey blue paint and the chrome still looks nice. The car had a frame-off restoration about 10 years ago, it’s really noticeable. The bottom of the car still looks like new. Furthermore, the navy blue interior (with white piping) still looks very much like in the photos. The soft-top (with side windows) still looks very good. These early Austin-Healey convertibles are offered less and less often, so don't wait too long and become the new owner of this piece of British pride!
