Auto-Perco-Thermos. 1946.
Josephine Baker premiered what would become her signature song, “J’ai deux amours, mon pays et Paris,” at the Casino de Paris in 1930. Sixteen years later, Baker's two great loves—the United States and Paris—have been replaced by a pair of insulated coffee makers. Mohr demonstrates Baker's continued celebrity appeal while recognizing the commodity value of her greatest hit.
