Autobianchi - Fiat 120 Nuova 500- 1970

Sometimes you come across a Fiat Autobianchi that you do want to buy. We have found a truly beautifully restored Fiat Autobianchi 120 Nuova 500 Giardiniera in the far South of Italy. This year the car will be 50 years old but it’s not ready to retire. The photos speak for themselves! We describe the unique colour as olive green and thus do justice to the country where the Fiat comes from. It is unknown whether this is the original colour. The overall condition of the car is very good and the condition of the bodywork and paint is excellent. The car comes with the original Italian documents. There is no maintenance history available. It has an Italian MOT from 3 January 2020. The doors open forward, as it should in this vintage car. Of course, it shifts with an unsynchronised gearbox. So, it’s a very enjoyable car for the true enthusiast. The Autobianchi has 4 forward gears and of course a reverse gear. It has 18 HP and the odometer reading is 25,000. We don’t know whether the Fiat Autobianchi 120 actually has driven that much or possibly considerably more. What we do know is that the engine starts, runs, and it drives smoothly on the road. With the spacious linen roof opened, you can enjoy beautiful trips during the approaching spring and summer. The spacious cargo compartment invites to bring enough suitcases on the way to a lovely weekend trip. And in the autumn you park it in the garage, after all, you have to take good care of such an old gem! It seems to us that the price won’t be a problem, so. . . . . . . !
