1987 BMW E28 520i Automatic, one owner and described as Impeccable! Originally supplied to its first and only owner by Char, Pilakoutas & Sons BMW in Limasol, Cyprus. Delivered in November 1987. The car was kept in Cyprus at the family home until 1999, then shipped to Central London where it was subsequently used sparingly for a further 22 years, safely garaged underground.
Finished in its original Luxor Beige and equipped with the rare factory option of Air Conditioning, fully functional and delivering ice cool air. There are electric rear windows and TRX alloy wheels shod with four brand new Michelin Metric tyres (rare to see as they’re rather expensive!) The original Pioneer radio cassette sits proudly in the dashboard too.
As you can imagine, based on its history the car is quite exceptional, the chrome being in super condition and the underside would put most 5-year-old cars to shame. All the rubber trims are supple, the interior is a special place with no wear to the trim and a totally crack-free dashboard unlike most other cars you will find for sale.
There is a comprehensive history file and documentation supporting the import transaction in 1999. The drivers book pack, complete with instruction manual and service book are all complete. Needless to say, it drives exceptionally well having been so well cared for.
This is a one-off car and a very rare find, being an E28 that is totally void of any corrosion, with only one owner and 51200 miles. (Speedometer reading in kms – 82569kms)
