BREITLING - a gentleman's stainless steel Navitimer chronograph wrist watch.

BREITLING - a gentleman's Navitimer chronograph wrist watch. Stainless steel case. Reference 806, serial 1085356. Signed manual wind Venus calibre 178. Black dial with luminous baton hour markers, Arabic numeral twelve, subsidiary silvered recorder dials to three, six and nine. Fitted to an unsigned black leather strap with gold plated pin buckle. 40mm. Purchasing information The movement is currently functioning and the chronograph counts one minute. However, the hour counter is not reset to zero and will require attention. The hour counter has not been tested due to time constraints. Movement has scratches, marks and tarnishing commensurate with general wear visible to the naked eye. Dial appears to have noticeable marks and scratches. The outer rotating bezel does not show any markings and appears to have been painted black. The numbering on the subdials appears to have been repainted. Hands show holes and discolouration to the luminous paint. Glass has scratches and marks. Case shows noticeable scratches, marks and dints. Rotating bezel rotates. Crown has noticeable scratches and dinting. Strap appears to be in good condition with minor marks and creasing. The fit of the strap is poor and the buckle colour does not match the watch case. Buckle appears to be in good condition with minor marks and scratches when viewed under a 4x loupe.

This lot does not come with box or papers.
