18kt white gold necklace made by four cable link chains and a round medallion with sapphires and diamonds. Except for the chain and the lock, the necklace is completely hand-made and assembled in a one of a kind jewel by a small Italian manufacturer. The four chains are interspersed with four white gold lozenges at the top, and four carved sapphire beads at the bottom. The necklace is 50 cm long and the lock is a lobster clasp. The medallion is hand carved and saw pierced. The diameter is 3. 95 cm, and the thickness 0. 55 cm. In the center of the pendant there is a hexagonal faceted sapphire, surrounded by eight brilliant cut sapphires and 16 bigger + 32 smaller brilliant cut diamonds. The faceted sapphires have a total weight of 2. 30 cts, while the barrel shaped carved beads have a total weight of 12. 50 cts. The brilliant cut diamonds have a total weight of 0. 99 cts, G color, VS. The weight of the jewel is 28. 70 gr.
