Ayers, in part: “This is to certify that the accompanying flag was flown over the United States Capitol on January 20, 2009. At the request of the Honorable Peter A. DeFAzio, Member of Congress, this flag was flown on the occasion of the Inauguration of President Barack Obama." In very fine condition. Accompanied by the original box.
