The name "Mulsanne" is derived from Bentley’s automobile sport history, with five victories at the 24 Hours of Le Mans between 1924 and 1930, de Mulsanne Straight was the part of the Les Mans race track where cars could reach the highest speeds. The Mulsanne S was introduced in 1987, it was virtually the same as the Turbo R (except for the turbocharger) , including the alloy rims and the interior of the car, and the suspension was better suited for sporty driving. This Bentley is in neat and original condition (matching engine and transmission) . The car starts straight away and idles nicely at 800 rpm and brakes properly. Original paintwork in a fairly good condition but shows traces of wear and spots that need to be touched-up (see pictures) . The original interior is still in a neat condition but the driver seat needs to be repaired. The car is fitted with all luxury options and the original booklets will be included.
